Return Policy: 100% Customer Satisfaction

At Liquid Media and/or LICP Graphics we would like to ensure your shipping experience is completely worry-free. We have made our return policy very simple and straight forward for your convenience. If a product is found to be defective or damaged during shipping, we'll replace it at no cost to you with one simple call to our customer service team at (516) 352-1110. For returns of any other nature, please read below.

Return claims of any nature must be made within 4 business days after receiving the product. The customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any product purchased from Liquid Media and/or LICP Graphics. The RMA number can be obtained by calling our Customer Service department at (516) 352-1110. Our customer service department will provide you with a RMA number.

The RMA number is valid for 10 business days after we assign it to the customer. After 10 business days the customer will need to call Liquid Media and/or LICP Graphics to receive a new RMA number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. Merchandise must be in original packaging. Physical damage to any merchandise will void the warranty and the RMA Policy. No credit returns after 30 days from the date of the invoice (45 days for international customers).

Special order and/or custom configured items that are special made to the customers requirements are non-refundable unless damaged.
